AUTHOR AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Important IEEE Policy Announcement: The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Explore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf file) will onlybe accepted by electronic submission system at

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results. Articles submitted to the conference must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference.

According to a typical plagiarism policy, if an accepted manuscript is proven to have a text similarity more than 25% to any published works, such a paper will not be included into both the iEECON 2019 conference proceedings and the IEEEXplore. In addition, the manuscript in double-column format with more than 4 pages is allowed but that in single-column format will be excluded from both the iEECON 2019 conference proceedings and the IEEEXplore.

Please leave the header and footer of every page blank, so that the committee can insert formal footer and page number.

Manuscript must be prepared in English with a maximum length of 4 printed pages IEEE format (10-point font) including figures. The conference maintains the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are longer than 4 pages. Please use the standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at

Copyright Transfer Form



All authors are required to download and submit the copyright transfer form as well by January 14, 2019 together with the revised full paper.

Speaker's Biography Form



Please type or clearly write a brief biography of the presenting author, and bring it to the session chair on the presentation day at the presentation room. This biography is meant to provide your session chairman with enough information to introduce you. One form is required for each paper.
